U.S. Congressman Rogers (KY-05) will be sworn into the 112th Congress on Wednesday evening, January 5th, by House Speaker John Boehner (R-OH). Speaker Boehner will conduct an individual ceremonial swearing-in for Rep. Rogers following the en masse oath of office on the floor of the House of Representatives.
