WASHINGTON, DC -- Congressman Hal Rogers congratulates Rowan County Middle School for being selected as a "School to Watch" in 2017 by the National Forum to Accelerate Middle Grades Reform. The recognition is awarded to high-performing middle schools that demonstrate academic excellence, developmental responsiveness, and social equity.
